Returns-Portal
- Select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for return.
- Place your return and choose your return method
- Pack your items for shipping and remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes to avoid shipping delays.
- Send the items back. Drop off the return at your chosen delivery service and keep the delivery note.Return label: Print out your label and attach it securely to the package.
Please note that if you purchased your items from another retailer, you must also return them to that retailer.

which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
